You can wear your menstrual cup comfortably whilst exercising, travelling, sleeping or swimming! The strength of the silicone used has been chosen to achieve optimum flexibility and comfort, you can carry out your day-to-day tasks and activities without even knowing it’s there, taking care of all your period-related matters. Depending on your flow, you can wear your Feminesse Menstrual Cup for a maximum of 12 hours without replacement, after which you will need to empty, rinse and re-insert until your period is over.

The Feminesse Menstrual Cup features a 10ml measurement line so you can accurately gauge the heaviness of your flow each month. This is ideal if you are investigating possible endometriosis as you can tell your doctor exactly how much blood you are losing each month.
Menstrual cups can last up to 10 years with the proper care and maintenance, but you may wish to replace sooner if discolouring appears or odour build-up occurs.
